That's why we're happy to let you know that you're able to schedule your next service appointment from the safety and comfort of home. The Land Rover Scarborough Service Team is ready to help by coordinating pick-up and delivery of your vehicle for any of its service needs.
This way you can stay safe while practicing social distancing and sheltering in place, removing the need to physically come to our facility.

A:Â | There is a small fuel surcharge based on distance from the dealership. This covers the cost to refuel our loaner vehicle after its return trip to the dealership and we're happy to discuss this over the phone when scheduling your appointment. |

Q:Â | Is this only available for service on Land Rover vehicles? |
A:Â | Currently this service option is only for Land Rover or Jaguar vehicles. |

Q:Â | I'll need a loaner while my car is being serviced. Can I have one? |
A:Â | Yes, but loaners are determined on an as-needed basis and availability. |

Q:Â | How will you get the keys from me if I'm staying inside? |
A:Â | Our team will coordinate with you over the phone when they will come by to pick up your car and discuss the best option for where to leave your keys beforehand for a non-contact experience. |

Q:Â | Is it safe for the Service team to be in my car or for me to use a loaner vehicle? |
A:Â | Yes. We are taking very strong precautions and following CDC guidelines with disinfecting and wiping down all touch/contact points (steering wheel, shifter, door handles). Our team will also be wearing gloves and masks. |

A:Â | By phone. Due to the logistics of the service, it's best to work out the details with a direct conversation. 877-693-2710. |

A:Â | Not at this time. If you plan on bringing in your vehicle yourself you can use our online scheduler. If you would like to use our complimentary pick-up and delivery option, please call us directly to set up your appointment. |
